Abstract

|
A Survey on public health nurses´ morale in Seoul was conducted from January 15 to February 28, 1977 to recognize the present status of public health nurses´ morale, especially in the health centers. 45 public health nurses of health centers were selected for this study and method used for data collection was a question-naire. 73.5 percent of the study population responded.
The main findings of this study were as follows.
1) Self-esteem, Social status, Interpersonal relation were most positive aspects (means satisfaction).
2) Personnel administration, Working condition were the less positive aspects. 3) Work load, Salary, Mobility for promotion were negative aspects (means dissatisfaction).
